Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 48 hours cancellation is required (call 219-286-7121 or cancel within the booking confirmation link sent to you at the time of scheduling). This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled. Office appointments which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notification will be subject to a $150 fee. Credit card information for securing appointment time may be required.
